Carma Umpleby, BA, MA (pending) is the Juvenile Department Administrator with the Judicial Branch in Maricopa County.  She has worked for the courts in administrative roles for over 13 years.  She has a bachelor’s degree in Family Studies and is currently completing a master’s program at Arizona State University in Public Interest Technology.  Ms. Umpleby has spent her career dedicated to working with underserved communities and child welfare, including roles in behavioral health, social work, and specialty courts.
